Grilled Sirlion Teriyaki

Prep Time:  45 minutes

Cook Time: Until desired doneness


  • 4 (four) Sirloin Steaks
  • 1/3 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Splenda
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cruched Red Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Rice  Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, brown splenda, rice vinegar,garlic and red pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool completely, about 15 minutes. Then, transfer the sauce in a large bowl add the steaks and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill the steaks to desired doneness.
